Data tips and releases
Send data releases, reports, registry figures, platform emails and earnings material to info@bookednews.com. Say who produced the figures and how they were measured, and whether you want to be named; the default is that you will not be. The desk reports a figure only from the source that published it, so a link to the original document helps most.
Corrections
If a story or a data-desk page contains an error, write with the page address and what is wrong, with "Correction" in the subject line. The data standards editor, Paul Ostrowski, reviews it against the source material on file. Substantive corrections are made in the text and noted at the foot of the page with the date. Your data, images and accessibility
Requests about personal data go to the same address and are answered within the time limits set out in the privacy policy. Questions about an illustration or a rights notice are covered on the images and credits page, and accessibility problems on the accessibility page.
What the desk cannot help with
Booked News is a publication, not a booking site, platform or property manager. It cannot change a reservation, a listing, a payout or a platform decision. For those, contact the platform or the host directly.
